We observed a period of silence at 11.00am as we joined together for a virtual assembly for Remembrance Day.
In their classrooms, the children had made poppies and written poems. They learnt about why we hold Remembrance Day, the significance of the poppy and the reason we wear them.
The children's poppies were displayed in the hall window for everyone to see as they passed the school.
