On Wednesday 11th Feburary, parents of children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 were invited into school to participate in a special introductory session to the 'Mastering Number at Home' Parents Project created by the The National Centre for Excellence in Mathematics (NCETM). This event was an introduction to the weekly programme that will begin after half term, where parents are supported to help their child with their maths learning at home. Over 50% of parents were able to attend and throughly enjoyed the opportunity to see Mastering Numbers live.
