Healthy Week

What an incredible Healthy Week it has been! Our children have embraced every opportunity to try new sports, challenge themselves, and grow both physically and mentally. Throughout the week, pupils took part in a wide variety of sporting activities that not only introduced them to new skills but also reinforced key values such as teamwork, persistence, and resilience.

From fast-paced netball matches to the focus and discipline of kickboxing, every session brought its own excitement and learning. Children worked together, supported one another, and showed great determination to keep going—even when things got tough. It has been inspiring to see so many of them step out of their comfort zones and discover new passions.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to the fantastic local clubs and organisations who made this week possible:
Doddington Football Club, Parkfield Jets Netball Club, March Hockey Club, Chatteris Tennis Club, FE Fitness, Community Kicks, Chance to Shine Cricket, Doddington Scouts and RKA Kick Boxing Club.
Your time, enthusiasm, and expertise have made a lasting impact on our pupils and helped create memories they won’t forget.

Healthy Week has reminded us all of the importance of being active, trying new things and supporting one another. We look forward to continuing this journey of health and well-being in the weeks to come!

Thank you to Mr Davison and Mrs Naughton for all their hard work in planning the event and ensuring the week ran smoothly.
