Year 4 Kingswood Residential
In March, the Year 4 children visited Kingswood for a 2 night residential trip. Kingswood is located on the north Norfolk coast, just outside Cromer.
Our menu of activities included: caving, nightline ( a blindfolded trek through a forest!), Jacob's Ladder (a wooden ladder with increasingly spaced out rungs!) and the daunting Leap of Faith (climb up a telegraph pole and leap from the top!)
During our trip, children worked on personal objectives: teamwork, leadership and relationships. It was amazing to watch them develop over such a short time.

During our English lessons, following our return, we devised a promotional leaflet about Kingswood. We used lots of persuasive techniques , together with our knowledge and experiences gained from the trip. We are going to send our completed leaflets to Kingswood so that they can see what an amazing time we had.
